The New York Knicks requested permission to speak to Minnesota Timberwolves coach Chris Finch and Houston Rockets coach Ime Udoka for their head coaching job, but were denied on both, sources tell ESPN. Knicks could request permission for other current head coaches too.

The Knicks have not requested permission for Mavericks coach Jason Kidd as of Tuesday night, but sources tell ESPN that the Mavericks would reject them.

P.J. Carlesimo has a grim stance on the Knicks’ operating procedure that has often times proved true.

“The Knicks always think they’re smarter than everybody else, that’s the Knick philosophy,” Carlesimo said Tuesday on the “Ryen Russillo podcast.”

Era dalla tarda primavera del 1999 che i Knicks non vincevano qualcosa...
Allora era la parte EST della lega, adesso arriva il primo trofeo dell'era James Dolan (prese le redini della franchigia nell'estate del 2000).

Da notare che -non so come- ma il trio Brunson-Kolek-Clarkson ha retto in difesa per gran parte dell'ultimo periodo...
La prova a rimbalzo offensivo di Robinson renderebbe orgoglioso non poco, Marcus Camby dei bei tempi!
Delude Bridges; poco aggressivo in attacco, Anunoby sembra Shawn Marion ma con un ottimo tiro da fuori...

Gli Spurs -per me favoriti per duellare con Okc ad ovest GIA' da questa stagione- avevano controllato molto bene per tre quarti, ma poi hanno ceduto nettamente nell'ultima frazione.

Deludente il Fox del secondo tempo, Barnes sbaglia almeno tre triple di ottima qualità, Wembanyama un pò cotto nel finale ... Sontuosa prova da parte di Castle e del figlio del buon Ron Harper (5-7 da tre).

Il torneo pare che agli americani stia piacendo, quindi...

Concordo. Mi fa schifo da vedere. Però ha delle skills veramente inquietanti per il tipo di corpo. Che poi è proprio il corpo che fa schifo da vedere... anche quando fa giocate da togliere il fiato.
