According to a report from Chris Myers of Fox Sports tweeted by Ben Maller of Fox Sports Radio, Myers feels there there is “better than 50% chance he retires.”

In Manning’s absence, Kerry Collins, Curtis Painter, and Dan Orlovsky have combined to lead the Colts to a 0-11 record, likely sufficient to earn the team the first overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft. The projected top pick in that draft is Stanford QB Andrew Luck.

Since being drafted first overall by the Colts in the 1998 draft, Peyton Manning has thrown for 54,828 yards and 399 touchdowns and been to eleven Pro Bowls.

Anch'io ci ho pensato poco tempo fà ma Luck non un progetto, un talento grezzo da far maturare.
Non dico che sarà un QB franchigia al 100% ma mi sembra pronto fin da subito (come Rodgers a GB che ha fatto solamente muffa per 3 anni)

Rodgers è uscito negli ultimi 2-3 anni...ci sono almeno un altro paio di QB che saranno Hall of Famer quasi certi...

Romo non è continuo...avrebbe le qualità per stare tra i top

Questo è il settimo anno di Rodgers ma i primi 3 li ha passati in panchina dietro a Favre.
Dopo un primo anno di ambientamento, nel 2009 playoff, l'anno scorso vittoria finale e quest'anno...sta solo frantumando record su record.
Hall of fame sicura per Manning (solo un SB ma record su record) e Brady (alla caccia di Montana).
E sui QB buoni buoni Dalton e Stafford (quando è sano).
L'anno prossimo arrivano 3-4 ottimi prospetti, LUCK e BARKLEY (USC) su tutti
